SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER

I began my role as the senior UI/UX designer by undertaking a comprehensive revamp of the website to optimize the user experience, particularly focusing on enhancing the ecommerce functionalities. My responsibilities included implementing A/B testing on various elements such as pop-ups and checkout experiences to determine the most effective strategies for improving the user's shopping journey.

By analyzing user behavior and feedback, I quickly identified areas for improvement and made data-driven adjustments to the website. This iterative process not only enhanced the overall user experience but also significantly contributed to achieving and surpassing our sales goals. My work ensured a seamless and engaging shopping experience, ultimately driving higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

UI/UX OVERVIEW

When I came into Vincero I noticed there was a lot of patchwork done on the website. There were no design systems in place, every landing page was created uniquely causing user chaos when exploring the site. I created unifying design systems to increase targeted user flows throughout the site. We also ran AB testing throughout the site to establish the most successful layout options. We also reduced file sizes of all imagery to increase site speed optimizing performance.

We started to revamp the homepage, it was my responsibility to do a competitive analysis of our direct competitors. Focusing on the importance to create blocks that gave us flexibility in our designs but without being overtly complicated for our developer. Ultimately, this gave our e-commerce manager the autonomy to change things out on the fly as we shifted from sales to major marketing campaigns.

AARON BRIMHALL

Every year Vincero runs a campaign called Chasing Legecies. This year we partnered with Aaron Brimhall a world-famous photographer known for his work with major motor vehicle brands like Porsche, Honda, and Alfa-Romeo. It was important to create a landing page that was as legendary as he is.

THE COMMUTER

UI/UX | PRODUCT LAUNCH

Vincero officially launched the commuter series paving the way for their carry collection. It was important to establish a clean aesthetic with a high-end feel for the premium-priced bag. Working with the developer to create a seamless responsive experience across platforms.
